在现代化的大蒜加工车间,一条高效的大蒜称重灌装生产线正有条不紊地运作。首先,理瓶机将空瓶整齐排列,送至工作平台。紧接着,14头组合称凭借其精准的称重能力,将大蒜准确称量,其特殊设计的镀硅胶集料斗和强排装置有效防止大蒜破碎。双通转盘接料机以每分钟20 - 30次的速度快速接料,其瓶底震动功能确保物料稳定。八轮旋盖机为灌装后的大蒜瓶精准旋盖,水冷铝箔封口机则迅速完成封口工序。提升上盖机和全自动贴标机分别负责上盖和贴标,贴标机的定制毛刷可精准贴合方瓶三个面,满足多样化包装需求。这条生产线实现了从称重到包装的自动化,极大提升了生产效率和产品质量,展现了食品加工行业的先进生产力。


In today's modern garlic processing workshop, an efficient garlic weighing and filling packaging line operates seamlessly to streamline the packaging process. It all starts with thebottle unscrambler, which meticulously arranges empty bottles and delivers them to the working platform. From there, the 14 heads weigher takes center stage, ensuring precise measurements of the garlic. This state-of-the-art equipment boasts a silicone-coated collection hopper and a robust discharge device that effectively prevents garlic breakage. 


The double channel rotary filling machine receives the garlic at an impressive speed of 20-30 times per minute, guaranteeing swift and efficient material intake. Its bottle bottom vibration function maintains material stability throughout the process. Once filled, the garlic bottles move on to the eight-wheel capping machine, which flawlessly caps each bottle with precision. Meanwhile, the water-cooled aluminum foil sealing machine swiftly seals the bottles, ensuring optimal freshness and airtightness.


The cap feeder effortlessly places the caps, and the fully automatic labeling machine takes charge of labeling. With its custom brushes, the labeling machine accurately adheres labels to three sides of square bottles, accommodating diverse packaging requirements. This packaging line is a testament to automation excellence, seamlessly integrating weighing and filling processes with packaging, significantly enhancing packaging efficiency and elevating product quality. It exemplifies the remarkable progress achieved by the food processing industry.
